FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
You might have entered your PUP webmail address incorrectly, or the email notification could be delayed. Check that your webmail address is correct and wait a few minutes for the message to arrive. If it still hasn’t appeared, try requesting a new OTP and make sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.
Your program may not have been added to the system yet by the administrator. You can reach out to your campus librarian or the designated campus system administrator and request that your program be added. Once it has been properly set up, you should be able to complete your registration without any issue.
If the email isn’t in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder, as system-generated messages sometimes get filtered there. If you still can’t find it, try using the Forgot Password option to request new login credentials. If no message is sent after that, contact the Super Administrator (Superadmin) or the IT development team through the official Facebook page. Your registered email address may be incorrect or not yet activated in the system.
The system doesn’t use your PUP webmail password directly. Instead, it provides a system-generated password that is sent to your PUP webmail inbox when your account is created. Please check your inbox (and junk or spam folders) for an email containing your login credentials. You can change this password anytime by using the Forgot Password option or through your Account Settings once you’ve successfully logged in.
Make sure your email and password are typed correctly. If you’re logging in for the first time and copied the system-generated password from your email, check that you didn’t accidentally include a space before or after the password. If the problem continues, try using the Forgot Password option to reset your credentials and regain access to your account.
